Who to contact when you change your name

After all the formalities seem done and dusted there’s still so much more to do when you want to change your name. It can be frustrating because lots of things seem to depend on the other. For eg, the doctors depends on Medicare being notified etc, but it will happen. I found a list of people to contact that I thought might be useful to share. There’s probably a few more you’ll think of when you need to prove who you are!
